每個孩子學說話的進度不一，有些學得較快，不足歲半已可跟大人簡單對答；但有些則較緩慢，到兩歲懂得說的辭彙都不夠十個。那麼其實小朋友的語言能力是否先天決定？諸如講故事、播DVD這些後天輔助又有沒有用？
